Test case link under Story points to wrong folder if redmine is installed under sub-URI

When setting story as requirement for test case, the test case comes visible in story/task view. The link points to wrong folder.

For example:
http://yourhost/redmine/issues/100 has three test cases
Test cases are pointing to url:
https://yourhost/projects/project/impasse/test_case#testcase-13
and it should be
https://yourhost/redmine/projects/project/impasse/test_case#testcase-13
