Group key pair generation algorithms into tabs

What do you think of this idea of grouping algorithms into tabs?

That seems to be a very good idea. This dialog has grown quite a bit during the last months.

Also the EC part could be re-arranged. The options in the "Set" select box could be converted to radio buttons to make important algorithms like Ed25519 easier to find at first glance. Maybe even remove options like "ANSI X9.62", not sure about that though.

1. We need to determine whether we should add tabs at the top, as in the old preferences window:

or to the left, as the new window:

But if there are only 3 tabs, perhaps on the top is the better solution.

2. Next, perhaps we shouldn't use capital letters for titles and perhaps we should add mnemonic accelerators.
   But for that I could contribute to this and make a PR for it.

@kaikramer We can adjust to the sizes recommended by ETSI, so the default values would be 2048, 3072, and 4096 for RSA and 2048 and 3072 for DSA, which means changing the maximum for DSA, which is currently 2048.

The custom key size entry remains the same.

You're right, but in the number fields (and their JSpinner) it seems that the thousands separator is already present!
