Add install instructions for binary downloads

I saw an issue for install by building your own binary. Of course building from source is welcome information to prudent users who don't want to run anything they can't verify. But binaries, and instructions on how to use them, are a common convenience for average users.
I know a binary download is linked on the release page and the readme already contains some pointers regarding configuration but I couldn't get it working with them in any of the mentioned editors using my limited experience with Emacs and basic knowledge of Vi usage despite persistent attempts. I think a recommendation regarding step-by-step setup could be a welcome addition.
