Description
This PR aims to introduce templates for issues and pull requests to bring uniformity and completeness to the project’s contribution process. The absence of templates has led to issues where crucial information might be missing, or problems arise from inconsistencies in system variables.
The templates introduced include fields for version numbers, system variables, steps to reproduce the issue, expected and actual outcomes, and plans for resolution, thereby making the reporting and resolution process more effective.
