Menu command for table sorting does nothing

Menu command "Markdown > Tables > Sort Table Lines" doesn't work.

Expected Behavior

Menu command "Markdown > Tables > Sort Table Lines" prompt for sorting order and sorts lines accordingly.

Actual Behavior

Menu command "Markdown > Tables > Sort Table Lines" doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place cursor at a table line.
2. Select "Markdown > Tables > Sort Table Lines" menu item.
3. No sorting is performed. Message menu-bar Markdown Tables Sort Table Lines- is displayed in the echo area.
