Implement core 3D onion cutting simulator functionality as specified in
currentEpic.md.This PR completes 7 out of 9 major milestones from the epic, introducing robust capabilities for extracting individual 3D pieces after cuts, applying multiple cuts sequentially with optimization, and performing comprehensive statistical analysis on the resulting pieces. This lays a solid foundation for future visualization and integration.
