12.3 release is broken

It's affected by this bug: tpoechtrager/osxcross#345

Release was done in March 2022 https://github.com/joseluisq/macosx-sdks/releases/tag/12.3, fix for the bug was done in May 2022 tpoechtrager/osxcross#344

I know it's an old SDK, but I figured I should report this anyway, since I see it used in the wild as recently as just a few months ago (specifically, https://github.com/crazy-max/xgo/pull/144/files#diff-dd2c0eb6ea5cfc6c4bd4eac30934e2d5746747af48fef6da689e85b752f39557R4). At the very least, I wanted to warn other users. Ideally, it'd get rebuilt with the fix included, too.

As you mention, looking at tpoechtrager/osxcross#345 and tpoechtrager/osxcross#344 (upstream bugfix), upgrading to an SDK greater than 12.3 (Mar 18, 2022) like 13.0 (Feb 19, 2023) or a later one should work.

Or even older versions, but published after tpoechtrager/osxcross#344 (upstream bugfix) like 10.12 (May 15, 2023) can also work.

Pinning the issue to advise users.

In the meantime, I'm evaluating to rebuild that SDK.
