Custom line graphics

A setting for custom line graphics could allow better visualization for end-user.

I want commits in a merge commit to be better shown / visually more intuitive, for example by indenting them or having the line graphic box start lining from first commit instead of parent.

So if I can customize the line graphics that would greatly help.
