This pull request updates the project description in the README.md to clarify platform support. The change highlights that the utility now supports all major platforms, not just iOS and Android.

  • Updated the project description in README.md to state support for iOS, Android, Web, macOS, Linux, and Windows, instead of only iOS and Android.
