This pull request updates the project description in the
README.mdto clarify platform support. The change highlights that the utility now supports all major platforms, not just iOS and Android.README.mdto state support for iOS, Android, Web, macOS, Linux, and Windows, instead of only iOS and Android.Resolves #51
