2 modern compiles for halfkp256x2-32-32 net size, based on current master (nodchip).
One for more recent CPUs like AMD Ryzen, where BMI2 is slow but can still use AVX2 instructions,
and one for older CPUs like AMD Bulldozer where AVX2 is not available, but SSE41.
