[Feature Request] Change the quick settings values by swiping #554

Describe the feature
To change the brewing temperature, brewing time, or target weight directly on the display, it would be practical if you could place your finger in the middle of the parameter to be changed and then swipe right or left to increase or decrease it. The speed should change depending on the distance from the center. (Two to three speeds would probably be sufficient, e.g.: 1step/s; 2step/s; 5step/s)
Since this would cover the current value, it could be displayed under “Brew” as long as your finger is on the screen.
Why is this feature useful?
At the moment, it's quite tedious if you need more than just a few clicks to make changes.
How complex is this feature?
Low - Simple enhancement
Additional context
This suggestion would leave the current function and visuals as they are and only add the swipe feature.
Other solutions, such as simply being able to hold plus or minus for faster adjustment, would also be great as an alternative.
