With the previous optstring, the -q option requires an argument and thus takes over the next argument (which is logically the memsize).

Unless the policy has changed, this repository is not meant for memtester development, it's just a git-managed copy of the original code.

However this is a trivial fix, and looks correct, so FWIW:
