Problem building library

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install poly2tri in windows 8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installed library. Cann't build, because libp2t.a is not found.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
poly2tri-0.3.3.tar.gz
Windows 8
python 2.7
cython 0.16
