The way I'm planning to use my JetKVM would highly benefit from being able to flip the display upside down. Think of mounting the device with the display facing upwards and connectors facing downwards. This would make JetKVMs unique enclosure even more versatile and useful than other products.
Being able to reduce display brightness would also be beneficial for people concerned about energy consumption, display longevity or light pollution.
Ubiquiti for comparison has features to control brightness and a night mode (a controllable schedule) to turn the display off (they have a touch screen though which makes the screen react to inputs and turn on again when needed turns out JetKVM has a touchscreen too, just need to touch it a bit longer).
