Failed to install 'stn'

I have tried to install stn by the following command given in the installation instruction,
luarocks install https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qassemoquab/stnbhwd/master/stnbhwd-scm-1.rockspec

But it failed to install 'stn' from the above URL as it seems the URL is not valid anymore. Can anyone please help me with how can I install 'stn'?
