Edit mode: transform controls doesn't work with pointerlock

In edit mode, if you try to interact with the transform controls widget while pointerlock is active, the browser throws an error and the control doesn't work as expected

Turns out this is due to TransformControls attempting to call domElement.setPointerCapture() when pointerlock is already active. I've submitted a patch to Three.js with a fix, and have applied the fix in my dev copy as well.
