This PR is to deprecate TensorRT-LLM extension support. In case there is a plan to support in the future, it should be done from cortex.cpp as an engine

Changes

This pull request involves the removal of the TensorRT-LLM extension from the repository. The changes include deleting the README, configuration files, source code, and test files related to the extension.

Removal of TensorRT-LLM Extension:

• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/README.md: Removed the README file that provided instructions and details about the TensorRT-LLM extension.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/jest.config.js: Deleted the Jest configuration file for the TensorRT-LLM extension.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/package.json: Removed the package.json file which contained metadata, dependencies, and scripts for the TensorRT-LLM extension.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/resources/models.json: Deleted the models.json file that listed the models supported by the TensorRT-LLM extension.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/rolldown.config.mjs: Removed the Rollup configuration file used for building the TensorRT-LLM extension.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/src/index.test.ts: Deleted the test file for the TensorRT-LLM extension, which included various unit tests.
• extensions/tensorrt-llm-extension/src/index.ts: Removed the main source file implementing the TensorRT-LLM extension.
