bug: deleted backend still showing in list after manual removal

Describe the Bug

When a backend is deleted manually from the filesystem, it still appears in the backend list inside the app.

The list does not refresh automatically to reflect the deletion, even after closing and reopening the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Settings > General > Show in File Explorer under the Data Folder section.
2. Inside the data folder, go to: llamacpp > backends.
3. Manually delete a backend (e.g., b6324).
4. Return to Settings > Model Providers > Llama.cpp and open the backend list.
5. Observe that the deleted backend is still displayed.

I am working on this
Since We cannot see what engines are installed and which one is selected. I am doing UI changes. My changes will reflect the installed versions, selected version and will update the state of deleted versions either from UI or done manually via human from filesystem
