Janice: Jan's Discord Bot

The current discord bot is still active but it misses critical context regarding Jan's capabilities. The new contributor pages inside Jan's repo include useful information from advanced users.

There are several ways in which we will improve and relaunch Janice and these include:

• provide it with the most relevant documentation with up to two versions behind
• provide it with the contributor documents which include important technical details that might help it answer difficult questions better
• give it the ability to ping a team-member if it doesn't know or can't find the answer for something
