bug: Upgrade from 0.6.1 -> 0.6.3 all models stuck on loading

Describe the Bug

Hi there, I just upgraded from 0.6.1 to 0.6.3 with the DEB package on Debian 12 (Stable). After the upgrade it gets stuck on "loading model" for all local models:

I also tried a fresh start without any of the Jan directories in ~/.config/ or ~/.local/share/ and I imported a few GGUF models, but they also fail to load.

When I downgrade to 0.6.1 they start working again.

I confirmed there is an issue with 0.6.3 on the parameter default value especially min-p
the workaround here is you can click on the GEAR icon next to a model name in the model dropdown then input 0.1 and it should work for you

Confirm it works, but need to create a new conversation to take the change in consideration.

This solved it for me, but isn't 0.1 supposed to be the default value? Why would specifying the default value change the behavior?

Same happened to me. All my models stopped working. I reset my config to factory settings. Didn't help.
Then I found this issue and noticed that most of the values in model settings were not set. The grey colour made me believe it was set, when it in fact wasn't.

I strongly belief model settings should hold default values, so please treat this as a high priority bug. You don't want to force new (and old) users to configure dozens of settings before they can start chatting.
