Overview: Remove the "This section is currently a draft, and is subject to change." note in the Preface section.

The Overview section is no longer considered a draft.

Remove the partials include from https://github.com/jakartaee/jakartaee-tutorial/blob/release/11/src/main/antora/modules/intro/pages/overview/overview.adoc.

IMPORTANT: Create this PR for the main branch; we'll merge it to the release/11 branch as well.
