plotly doesn't respect ggplot trace order (yPlot)

1. Order of plot types not being accounted for.
2. Need to add functionality for multiple lines. May make select inputs that allow for multiple inputs
3. Box Position Dodge doesnt seem to work as when colour by and group by are on the boxes overlap

1 may be a plotly bug, it should just plot in the order of the traces added, but they look like they're in the proper order. It's just not respected.

For 3, see dtm2451/dittoViz#32, there is a workaround that (sort of) takes care of that.

1 is an R plotly issue. In short, plotly.js now provides a zorder attribute for each trace that is meant to control layering. ggplotly doesn't assign this, and the underlying version of plotly.js used by the plotly R package is behind. So even if added manually, it's not respected.

There an open PR to implement this (plotly/plotly.R#2445) functionality.

3 is fixed, only 1 remains, and that's only addressable once the plotly R package updates its underlying plotly.js version to at least 3.0.
