Return debug_traceCall response on prepareCall errors #1295

Sometimes it might be hard to replicate the request, or the state might differ.
If we return the debug_traceCallresponse alongside the error, it can help to debug. Unsure if we should just give up on eth_simulateV1 given this and this issue
