Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow for checking markdown links by upgrading dependencies and removing version pinning. The changes modernize the workflow to use more recent versions of actions and tools.
- Updates Node.js setup action from v3 to v4
- Upgrades Node.js runtime from version 18 to 20
- Removes version pinning from markdown-link-check package installation
