This PR does not only fix the memory leak of 3 bytes times (n_lifecycle_nodes -1).
It is also a fix to a potentially dangerous problem of different lifecycle nodes which (wrongly) shared the same transition event msg - since before it was
static, thus there was a singlelifecycle_msgs__msg__TransitionEventshared among all nodes.
