[Bug]: Adds lavers displacing default channels

Describe the bug

When the addon starts it bumps the default blizzrd channes off /1 /2 /3 etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start game
2. type /1 and you wont be in general

Expected behavior

normal channels are still 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc

Do we have a reproduction of when this happens exactly? I only had this happen the very first time I installed the addon, but after I just manually reordered my channels, it hasn't messed with the order since. What are other known triggers for it to happen?

I was able to reproduce it once but after i manually reordered the channels the problem won't occur anymore.

Still find it strange that it somehow managed to reorder the channels in a way that it got infront of the default channels, especially because the addon will not join its channels unless you do a click onto the "world" in its current state. So that means i must have clicked "world" really for the addon to join the channels faster than the game itself join the default channels

Perhaps the event is being fired by a different add-on or by blizzard itself at the beginning of startup could try standalone booting of this add-on with no configured file saved, and no other add-ons loaded to see what it does with the channels while in a major city and while outside of a major city

That's a good strategy. I will do some more tests soon with a "fresh" install with no saved variables and having left all the channels.

I don't necessarily think messing with the ordering in the AutoLayer code is the best way to go, we might simply just be able to increase the time that the hook waits to start joining the channels to give the Blizzard UI a little more time to join the primary channels first.

I don't think there are a lot of use-cases where players will want to layer IMMEDIATELY after logging in. So if it takes for example 5-10 seconds for the layer channels to be joined, I don't think that'd be a huge issue.

Any solution in the pipeline for this? This is a daily annoyance for me. Any of the PR's work well that I can use/fork? I now have to reorder 4 junk channels each time I login. Used to be 1. P.S. sorry for the terse tone, I like the addon quite alot, but its driving me nuts. I'd be willing to submit a PR too.

Edit: Using #94 for now. At the very least, have a non-default option that does this, since I'd bet most people don't care to re-order their default channels, they just care that an addon messed them up.

I've still not been able to reproduce this issue. I've tried the following both inside and outside of a city:

• Resetting chat settings to default with the "Chat Defaults" button
• Leaving all layer channels
• Disabling the addon
• Closing WoW
• Removing the saved variables file and its backup file
• Re-launching WoW
• Enabling the addon

And it still puts all of the channels at the bottom.

So I'm really not sure when/how the displacement is happening. Any additional information is more than welcome like:

• What do your chat settings look like?
• What other addons do you have running, if any?
• When does the issue happen for you?
• What version of the addon are you running?
• What flavor/version of the game are you playing?

But without further context, I'd really not be sure where the issue is occurring.
