Changes to introduce common controls in client-core

Summary

This PR introduces common controls that will be leveraged to consume common css/styling thereby reducing repeated css and inconsistency in designs.

• Moved admin common controls to client/common, so that they can be used across client.
• Introduced Text, Button, etc components
