Lock TOC to sidebar

Hi,

First off, thank you for the TOC2 extension. This is a great addition to Jupyter.

I am not very experienced with JS and CSS but I was wondering if it was possible to lock the TOC to the sidebar such that it can't be dragged into a floating window? I am creating HTML reports with a TOC using Jupyter and I would like to prevent my report users from being able to drag the TOC around.

If it's possible to implement I think this feature would be a great upgrade to the TOC2 extension. Thanks and keep up the good work!

This feature would be very useful for me too.

This should be easy to do via a per notebook config parameter (I could also add a nbconvert option, but perhaps the config parameter is a better option)
I will give it a try probably this week-end.
