  • rename mvn groupID to "de.ipb-halle"
  • rename package names to de.ipb_halle...
  • add network one-health-frontend and one-health-backend to ensure a clear seperation from client and databases
  • ci: added actions to automate docker image publish
  • removed deprecated openjdk in Dockerfile

recommend squashing to maintain clean commit history
