Apply Diataxis to TS Docs

[Dr-Electron]

We should use Diataxis inside the TS docs as we do everywhere else.

This mean creating the following sections and move/split docs into them:

Getting Started
Explanations
How-Tos
Tutorials
References

Moving docs around also means we have to add client redirects for some time to not produce broken links
