Bug: Loading models designed to predict stress

Loading a model from zip via the file path with the `mlip` library automatically detects whether the model was trained with stress labels and appropriately sets the attribute in the `ForceField`.  This is incompatible however currently with our simulation engines leading to the following error:

```
