Scrollbar jumps in a reverse list with items that differ greatly in height #650
-
DescriptionThere is a reverse list where the items have significantly different heights. When using the scrollbar thumb to scroll through such a list, the thumb starts jumping (this becomes most noticeable at the end of the scroll). Typically, the height of these items alternates: first comes a large item, followed by a small one. How to reproduceUse the scrollbar thumb to scroll to the top of the list. Reproduce LinkQuestionHow can these jumps be corrected or reduced? |

It seems I’ve found a working solution (as much as possible). I managed to implement a custom scrollbar using simplebar-react, which helped eliminate the jumps. Occasionally, the scrollbar thumb flickers (almost imperceptibly), but it no longer jumps as it did before. |
