Add FGA guide
updated to 1.3.1
remove the five warnings about versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 which started with In versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. these warnings are preserved in the 1.2.x versions of this page and are not needed here as these were all fixed in 1.2.2 and are now not relevant for 1.3.
Removed issues that were fixed in 1.2.5.
