This commit improves the
Makefilefor RPM package generation, added as feature in #65.The generated spec file now uses the updated python builder and also automatically learns all the dependencies and version requirements form the python project files, meaning no manual requirement version tracking anymore, except for the artifact's own version.
I further had to relax some version requirements for the package to become viable again under EL9, I don't know if you want to track that in this repository, see VenaNocta/python3-certbot-dns-porkbun/tree/compat-el9
