Ember CLI Update all packages and blueprints from v6.7.0 to v6.80.
A new
qunit.configs.recommendedline ineslint.config.mjswas commented out forfrontendandtest-appfor several reasons:assert.expect()is apparently now an error? Every instance was flagged.returns in a test are now an error (e.g. https://github.com/ilios/frontend/blob/master/packages/frontend/tests/integration/components/reports/subject/instructor-test.gjs#L232-L293)These issues will be addressed in later PRs.
