Remove github.com/AlecAivazis/survey and github.com/manifoldco/promptui packages.
Both were old, having bugs (data races in tests, duplicating questions on input keys).
Instead we use the bubbletea library instead, that was already used in ignite.
This gives a better look and feel as well:
