Extended passive transport capability to volume junction flux

This PR depends on #32271

This PR:

• Implements passive transport for coupled junction flux component
• Implements passive transport for InjectionWell and ProductionWell
• Implements passive transport for InjectionProductionPhysics

Note this work has run out of funding for this task for now, so it may sit for a while.
