Modify the behavior of
GruleEngineListener, by checking if Rule Cycle needs to be stopped after all subscribed Listeners are notified as part of thenotifyBeginCycle()function.This way application can stop execution and break out of the Rule Cycle, even if the condition for this break is not a part of the
Whenof any of the Rules and when the rule need not necessarily be part of theEvaluationlist.
