I believe a similar solution should be applied to the templates/rbac.yaml file for the following part:

- apiGroups:
  - extensions
  resources:
  - podsecuritypolicies
  resourceNames:
  - {{ .Chart.Name }}
  verbs:
  - "use"

In my understanding, if PSPs are not generated then this is not needed.
