Delay in rendering / switching different views

Bug summary

Hi , I am trying to implement a react native application which supports changing of views (one day , 3 day , week ) . But what i see while switching views, there is a delay in rendering the changed view as well as i also see performance drop in perf monitor. For reference, i have attached a video as well the implementation. Please review.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the given repo.
2. Install deps using npm i.
3. Run the expo project and try changing views as shown in the attached video.

This is a really bad UX as the JS frame drop from 60 to ~20. But for me the workaround was separating 3 different screens using a shared calendar view component instead of passing params { numberOfDays: number } to a single screen which is not an ideal but it seems to work smoothly plus you can add lazy: false if you're working with drawer or tabs.

@4cc3ssX , if possible can you please share some code that is using your proposed workaround,
