Add Abode camera on and off support and remove old notes

Proposed change

Add verbiage for being able to turn on and off Abode camera's using the camera.turn_on and camera_turn_off services. Removed abode_automation_edit timeline event as it no longer occurs with Abode's new CUE automation service.
