Migrate tab-group to webawesome

Proposed change

• use webawesome for tab-group
• needs: Fix Tab-group webawesome#7

TODO:

• when tabs are scrollable not both arrows should be always displayed
• webawesome imports wa-tab and wa-tab-panel, we should fix this in the fork to reduce bundle size

Why call it ha-tab-group-tab if it's just a ha-tab?

Why call it ha-tab-group-tab if it's just a ha-tab?

ha-tab already exists and this tab is not a standalone component it should always come hand in hand with a tab-group. So for me it makes sense to call it like this.
