Describe the bug
When attempting to create an integration, I click test, it starts spinning but then nothing happens. It stops and doesn't give me an error message.
I have homarr on docker compose, on the same machine as my other services, the adress is correct as I can follow the link to the services.
I have tried multiple versions of homarr as well as completely rebuilding it but to no avail.
It was working last week and then suddenly stopped.
When looking at an integration that I had created before the issue arrived, the ping just tells me "This operation was aborted".
It seems to only happen with my locally hosted services because integrations work when using an outside url.
Steps to reproduce
When adding an integration, add all the correct info, press test and save.
Impact
Prevents me from adding any integration that doesn't lead to an outside url.
