Update dependencies and SDK to latest stable versions

• Dart: >=3.4.0 → >=3.8.0
• Flutter: >=3.22.0 → >=3.24.0

Dependency Updates

Main package:

• shared_preferences: ^2.3.0 → ^2.5.3
• meta: ^1.7.0 → ^1.17.0
• flutter_lints: ^2.0.0 → ^6.0.0
• collection: ^1.16.0 → ^1.19.1
• shared_preferences_platform_interface: 2.4.0 → 2.4.1
• plugin_platform_interface: 2.1.7 → 2.1.8

Example app:

• shared_preferences: ^2.3.0 → ^2.5.3
• collection: ^1.17.0 → ^1.19.1
• flutter_lints: ^4.0.0 → ^6.0.0

Android Configuration

• compileSdkVersion and targetSdkVersion: 34 → 35
• Replaced deprecated jcenter() with mavenCentral()

CI/CD

• Updated minimum Flutter version in test matrix from 3.22.0 to 3.24.0
