Desktop Notification on pause/resume

Could possible have a notification to show the user when the script has been paused and resumed.

- Thought: If a game is running like MC, do they even see notifications?

- Possibly Use https://www.autohotkey.com/docs/commands/TrayTip.htm

Maybe only if the ahk window isn't focused
