• build workflow that runs independently (reduce settings on one-shot-single test),
• will cover the 30 minutes of load,
• and will fail if the maximum memory consumed (minus NLG) exceeds 10 GB
• remove timer/tps/block-node from the one-shot test that runs within e2e matrix
