因为公钥的存储位置移动到了com.atlassian.extras.keymanager.KeyManager中，故直接替换com.atlassian.extras.keymanager中reset方法替换公钥
ps: 记得把KeyTransformer.java里面第57行硬编码的路径换成你自己的
ps2: 目前只在jira 9.12.25上成功过，其他版本请自行测试
