Expose go_param_timecontrol settings in the Computer Player settings

Fuego has a non-standard GTP command go_param_timecontrol which allows the GTP client to change a number of parameters how Fuego handles time.

Consider exposing these parameters in the UI where other computer player settings can be changed.

At the time of writing, this has very low priority because the parameters are very low-level and are unlikely to be of much value to the average user of the app.

Parameter fast_open_moves

• This is the number of opening moves at the beginning of the game that get less time than usual. See fast_open_factor.
• The default is 0.
• The documentation of class SgDefaultTimeControl in Fuego's source code hints that 10 moves might be a sensible value.

Parameter fast_open_factor

• The factor that is applied to the amount of time Fuego would normally take.
• This is ignored if fast_open_moves is 0 (zero).
• The default is 0.25, i.e. Fuego only uses about a quarter of the time it would normally take.
• Usually this ranges between 0 and 1, but the GTP command allows values greater than 1.

These two parameters are used in the implementation of SgDefaultTimeControl::TimeForCurrentMove().

Parameter final_space

• The remaining number of moves in the game is estimated by comparing the number of empty points to the expected final number of empty points.
• This "expected final number of empty points" can be adjusted with final_space.
• final_space is a factor in the range between 0.0 and 1.0.
• The default is 0.75.
• Setting final_space to a high value will lead to a higher estimated remaining moves. This in turn leads to less time per move.

This parameter is used in the implementation of GoTimeControl::GetPositionInfo().

Parameter remaining_constant

• This parameter is only relevant during main time.
• The parameter is a threshold until when in the game Fuego uses more time than average per move.
• The default is 0.5, i.e. Fuego uses more time than average per move until half of the game.

This parameter is used in the implementation of SgDefaultTimeControl::TimeForCurrentMove(). It is documented in SgTimeControl.h.
