Failing to install

Hi, thanks for the addon, I'm having trouble installing it, when I hit install, it gives me this error:

Failed to install add-on
An unknown error occurred with addon a0d7b954_grafana. Check supervisor logs for details (check with 'ha supervisor logs')

Looking at the supervisor logs:

Any idea? It seems like the image has a broken archive, but I'm not getting what tar it's referring to.
