hmm, there's some kind of issue with the CRDs directory. I'm not able to helm install this to test.

[dakini@dax terraform-helm (dev $%)]$ helm install -n preprod operator-test .
Error: failed to install CRD crds/app.terraform.io_v1alpha1_workspace_cr.yaml: unable to recognize "": no matches for kind "Workspace" in version "app.terraform.io/v1alpha1"

But since this feature is for local development only, we can fix the CRDs in another PR. 👍
